I’ve had 6 different trainers throughout my life and David is by far the best I’ve trained with. He really focuses on your training goals, working on improving and recovering from any existing injuries, body sustainability, and most importantly your form on exercises. His 8 week program is so detailed I hardly needed to contact him with questions about how to do certain exercises. By the end of the program, I was up 8 lbs in weight, but got by body fat percentage down by 5% (205lb and 10% body fat % at the end of the program). The hardest thing to do simultaneously is increase muscle strength while also decreases body fat percentage and his program and expertise were able to do just that. More importantly, I can confidently say if you follow his program you will never get injured lifting weights.
